Today, We read The Crayon Box That Talked and learned that our classroom is like a crayon box. Every student got to pick a color to paint their crayon because like each crayon, we are all unique. Every color is important and makes a picture complete and we need every color to make our classroom complete. The kids enjoyed painting their crayons and we enjoyed watching them. It was a great start to the second week of school!
